ROAR Engineers successfully designed and installed a 20 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for PMJ Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The project was implemented to reduce the facility’s dependency on fresh water by treating wastewater and reusing it for suitable non-potable applications.
Our Solution for PMJ Somajiguda
PMJ was previously purchasing approximately 20 KL of fresh water every day. ROAR Engineers implemented a 20 KLD STP to treat the wastewater generated at the facility and make the treated water available for reuse.
Reduce Fresh Water Dependency
The 20 KLD STP was designed to treat wastewater generated from the facility, reducing the need to continuously purchase fresh water.
Biological Wastewater Treatment
The STP uses biological treatment to reduce organic pollutants and improve the quality of treated wastewater.
Clarification & Filtration
After biological treatment, the water undergoes clarification and filtration to remove suspended solids and further improve water quality.
Treated Water Reuse
The treated water is reused for suitable non-potable applications, helping PMJ significantly reduce its fresh-water requirement.
